In South Face Nectaron hops are the hero of the flavour profile. The piles of Nectaron “green hops” are used in two separate applications during the brew to pull out all flavor. Complimentary hops round out the experience. Tropical and citrus sparkle throughout with a solid piney and resinous base representing the West Coast elements of this Mountain IPA brew. Overall, this beer is complex yet smooth and approachable, big, bold and beautiful as you’d expect from an extraordinary adventure.
