Brewer’s Notes: Adios is a modern version of the venerable West Coast IPA where hop juiciness is expressed upfront and bitterness is reduced on the finish. Brewing techniques are used to keep the yeast esters at a minimum so the beer is as clean as possible for the hops to display.
