Fueled by their passion for crafting beers they like to drink! Ian Hebblethwaite, David Holden, and Peter Osborne embarked on a journey, acquiring a modest 50L micro-brewery. Fast forward to today, their vision has blossomed into Black Sands Brewery. Today, at the helm of this venture stands Ian's son, Craig, and Matt, David's son with Ian still on hand. Nestled in the heart of West Auckland, in Kelston, Black Sands Brewery is dedicated to harnessing the essence of local ingredients, delivering unfiltered and unpasteurised craft beers that epitomise the spirit of New Zealand's brewing culture.
